With the new year approaching, it’s made me realise what a fantastic, busy and exiting 12 months Tilly and I have had together, I hope you enjoy this round up post of my favourite bits of 2017!

2017 has been a year of many firsts…

Dog Blog 📝 We started blogging this March, and I’m so glad we did! It’s been a pleasure to put my thoughts and doggie related ramblings into written words. We’ve been able to attend lots of fun dog events, review some awesome canine items, and get involved with charity campaigns.

In the summer we attended Paws in the Park, and Dog Fest as official bloggers, both events are brilliant days out, I had a blast photographing all the gorgeous dogs, and exiting activities.

Big changes 🍗 Tilly transitioned to a raw diet back in June and it’s been fabulous for her. She loves her meals, and we’ve seen a reduction in her yeasty paw problems… she’s even put on a bit of muscle! 💪🏼

Photography 📸 I love looking back to the start of each year to see how my photography has changed and adapted. This year was my first using Photoshop and Lightroom, and it was definitely a long and steep learning curve, but I’m having a blast playing around with editing, and it’s allowing me to be a lot more creative (and save a lot more photos!).

Adventures 🐾

As with many previous years, we spent as much time as possible down by the coast, including beaches in Devon, West Sussex, Cornwall, Hampshire, and Lancashire.

⛱☀️ Our family holiday to Cornwall has got to be my highlight of 2017.

We had gorgeous weather, and got to explore some stunning parts of the English coast. Read all about our Cornish adventure 👉🏼 here.

We squeezed in as many doggie-dates as possible! Tilly gets on so well with Colin + Rhapsody, so we were delighted to have them stay for a couple of weeks. 🐩🐩🐩

This year Tilly and I became London regulars, with trips to dog events, meet ups with our doggie pals and my personal highlight, an adventure to Belgravia!

⛺ We ventured up north for a spontaneous trip to Lancashire with our poodle pals. We sniffed out some great dog friendly beaches, walks and cafes. This time we tried something new, and stayed in a camping pod.

I made it my mission to hunt out seasonal foliage for our Instagram, Tilly was just in it for the treats… Many of these photos became my favourites of the year. 🌾🌸🍂
